If you use a flour blend that contains xanthan gum, omit what I called for in this recipe.
I used shredded sweetened coconut in this recipe but unsweetened will also work.
Baking times will vary if you use a larger or smaller pan.
Bahan - bahan Coconut Flour with pan method #my diabetic meal
- Ini 3 butir dari kelapa parut tua.
Cara MembuatCoconut Flour with pan method #my diabetic meal
- Ambil santan nya. Seperti biasanya 1 kelapa diberikan 200-250 ml air panas..
- Jika ampas nya sudah habis dari santan nya. Bisa dijemur di panas matahari 1-2 hari. Tapi berhubung Saya buru buru. Saya hanya bisa jemur sekitar 5 jam.
- Karna matahari nya lagi mau cuti istirahat, terpaksa pakai pan methods. Alias sangrai hingga kering. Kelebihan nya: relatif cepat. Kekurangannya: capek pegel linu, warna tepung cenderung cokelat beige.
- Sangrai sedikit demi sedikit kelapa parut nya. Agar panas merata. Setelah itu diangin anginkan. Baru bisa diblender. Jgn blender dalam keadaan panas, bisa berembun. Hasil nya jadi gumpal.
- Setelah di blender. Hasil nya masih keliatan seperti kelapa parut sih menurut saya. But it's okaay. Biar awet, saya sangrai sekali lagi sampai bener bener kering. Kalau hasil nya kering. Tepung nya awet..
- Kalau sudah selesai. Angin anginkan sebentar sampai panas hilang. Masukkan dalam wadah bersih dan rapat. Donee..! Bisa digunakan utk resep #my diabetic meal selanjutnya.
Don't be fooled by the demure size and dainty appearance of these Coconut Flour Pancakes. Packed with protein, low carb, and delightfully tender, these pretty pancakes are the breakfast incarnation of small but mighty. I've received a number requests for a coconut flour pancakes recipe, most coming from those of you who've tried and loved these Coconut Flour Cookies. Without the additional coconut flavor, they have the faint aroma and taste of coconut thanks to coconut flour. With the flavor, you'll have a cookie with robust coconut taste, perfect for dunking into a pot of chocolate fondue or glass of milk.
