Cara MembuatDiabetic coconut balls

  1. Campur butter & margarine dengan mixer, masukkan gula diabetik, juga gula halus (jika pakai), sampai tercampur rata..
  2. Masukkan tepung terigu dan maizena yang telah diayak sedikit demi sedikit..
  3. Masukkan susu bubuk, kelapa kering, aduk rata..
  4. Pulung, bulat-bulatkan sesuai selera. Letakkan pada nampan beralas kertas roti. Panggang pada suhu 160'C selama 30 menit..
