Put cake batter and a whole lot of liquid in a cake pan, and somehow it turns into cake and sauce all at the same time. This fantastic pudding cake is flavored with a hefty dose of cinnamon and covered with a caramel-like topping and a sprinkling of toasted nuts.

Bahan - bahan Puding Kayumanis / Cinnamon Puding

  1. Siapkan 1 bungkus dari agar-agar plain.
  2. Ini 500 ml dari susu UHT.
  3. Anda perlu 400 ml dari air matang.
  4. Siapkan 1/2 sdt dari bubuk kayumanis.
  5. Ini 1/2 sdt dari selasih kering (bisa diganti selasih basah).
  6. Siapkan 5 sdm dari gula pasir (sesuai selera).

Cara MembuatPuding Kayumanis / Cinnamon Puding

  1. Rendam selasih kering dalam air hangat. Tunggu sekitar 30 menit sampai selasih mengembang. Tiriskan. (jika menggunakan selasih basah tinggal ditiriskan saja)..
  2. Campurkan susu uht, air matang, bubuk kayumanis, dan gula pasir ke dalam teflon, aduk rata. (saya pakai teflon karna kalo pakai panci struktur pudingnya kurang soft karna banyak kerak yg lengket di dinding pancinya)..
  3. Masak diatas api sedang. Aduk2 terus sampai mendidih..
  4. Masukkan selasih ke dalam cetakan puding, tuang cairan puding, aduk rata..
  5. Dinginkan di kulkas semalaman. Sajikan..

In a mixer bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Combine the milk, melted butter, and vanilla and add all at once to the flour mixture. blend quickly. DO NOT MIX IN -- Scatter pecans over the top -- Combine the almond milk, chia seeds, agave nectar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl. Stir until well combined. (Make sure the chia seeds are completely coated in almond milk in order to ensure proper absorption.) One batch I made with a traditional Indian dessert flavoring. ADD milk, raisins, and butter (if using).
