Bahan - bahan Chia Seeds Pudding

  1. Siapkan 1 sdm dari chia seed.
  2. Siapkan 150 ml dari susu/juice/yoghurt.
  3. Anda perlu Secukupnya dari madu.
  4. Anda perlu Secukupnya dari oatmeal.
  5. Ini Secukupnya dari buah potong jenis suka2 aja.

Cara MembuatChia Seeds Pudding

  1. Campur susu dan chia seed selama kurleb 15 menit sampai agak mengental..
  2. Masukkan oatmeal dan madu, aduk. Tambahkan topping buah2an..
  3. Siap sajikan..

Some people like a thicker chia seed pudding and some like a thinner version. Feel free to add more milk to make a thinner version. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon, cardamom (chai spices) or cacao powder (for chocolate chia pudding). Add your cut up fruit after you've mixed the chia seeds, collagen and yoghurt well… then add the hemp seeds sliced almonds and goji berries !!! First time trying a chia seed pudding ever, and it did not dissapoint! i cut ingredients in half just for the first time, but will be making it in full soon.
